Q1: What are SGJART hours of operation?

10.00 am to 8:00 pm (IST), Monday to Saturday (Not available on Sunday and Indian Public Holidays.)

Q2: How do I make a purchase?

Browse through all our collections: Traditional, Tribal, Contemporary, New Arrivals, Celeb Styles, and Insta Shop for SGJART. Once you have found an item, click on the 'Add to Cart' button below each item. Review your selection by clicking the 'Cart' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'Remove from Box' link to delete items from your Cart. If you wish to continue browsing, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button. To complete your order, click onthe 'Check Out' button.

Q3: How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless 'SOLD OUT' is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email help@shivgemsandjewellers@gmail.com, to find out if the product can be made available or if the made to order option is available, place an advance order.

Q4: Is it safe to use my credit card online at SGJART?

At SGJART, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company. You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will not have to enter them again during future purchases, making it quicker and simpler to shop at SGJART.

Q5: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally to over 220 countries via our reputed courier agents.

Q6: Is my package insured?

All items are insured by SGJART against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival and/or the seal is broken, we recommend you to capture an unboxing video of the package received.
